2. BONUS LIMITATIONS

All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per person and their family, home address, email address, IP address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, and payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), as well as one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

All players can take advantage of the bonuses, except in cases where the bonus has country restrictions and the player is a citizen of one of these countries.

All bonuses are not available for the players from the countries from Restricted Territories list.

All prizes, including tournament prizes, are only available to players who have made at least one deposit.

Comp points may be exchanged for bonuses, and general bonus terms apply to these bonuses unless otherwise stated.

3. BONUS GENERAL TERMS

Only one bonus can be activated at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. A player has the right to refuse bonuses from the casino.

All bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, a limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, a limitation of the maximum bet amount while wagering, and a time limitation for the bonus life, unless otherwise indicated.

If, for any reason, the selected deposit bonus does not activate, the player must seek assistance from the customer support team before playing. If the selected deposit bonus wasn't activated and the player spent some or all of the funds, the selected deposit bonus cannot be added manually.

When having funds in both real and bonus balances, real money will be used first, followed by the bonus balance. As soon as the bonus money is used, the bonus is removed.

Any issued bonuses are by default limited to a maximum bet during wagering: 5 EUR/USD, 6.5 CAD/AUD/NZD, 50 NOK, 100 ZAR, 30 BRL, 0.0003 BTC, 0.04 BCH, 0.004 ETH, 0.09 LTC, 85 DOGE, 5 USDT unless otherwise specified. The max bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed, as well as bonus rounds purchased within the game.

Winnings obtained using the bonus balance will become available for withdrawal only after meeting the wagering requirement rules.

The validity of the bonus is 14 days from the moment it was received unless otherwise indicated.

You confirm that you understand that if we make a decision to cut the payout to the amount of the max cashout limit, we will send you an appropriate letter. In this case, after receiving the letter, you will not have any claims to the platform, as the acceptance of these Terms has confirmed your awareness of the implementation of the max cashout limit on the platform.

Any claims made by the user after receiving the relevant letter of cutting the amount will be considered evidence of abuse of rights by the user in order to obtain additional funds unreasonably and may be construed as extortion.

The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example, when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g., collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g., playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to get the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost, or wagering met and converted to cash. All winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirements and/or performing new deposits while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.

The availability of bonuses and promotions may vary over time based on account activity, gameplay engagement, and participation history. Continued activity, such as playing games and joining promotions, may improve eligibility for future offers and rewards.

4. BONUS WAGERING TERMS

All bonuses need to be wagered 40 times before the funds can be withdrawn unless otherwise indicated on the specific promotion/bonus terms.

At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the wagering conditions are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.

A player can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player.

A player has the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding to their wagering, without losing their own funds.

Players can wager their bonus funds in all games in the "Wagering” game category, which can be found in the Casino Lobby.

Not all slots contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. While some games count at 100%, some eligible slots may contribute at a reduced rate depending on the game provider and its RTP. This means only a portion of each bet may count toward wagering. When gambling with bonus funds, all winnings requested for withdrawal will pass a check prior to payment processing. LuckyElf Casino reserves the right to ask the user to confirm their personal data and payment method data as a result of the check.

LuckyElf Casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings and confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.

5. BONUS HUNTING & BONUS ABUSE

Bonus abuse and bonus hunting are strictly prohibited.

Bonus hunting means:

A pattern of excessive or disproportionate bonus usage in relation to deposits, account activity, or overall gameplay.

If the player is classified as a bonus hunter, the casino reserves the right to cancel participation in particular promotions and change bonus conditions of our regular promotions for such a group of players at our sole and absolute discretion.

Abusive behavior towards bonuses and/or bonus abuse means:

Creating more than one account with LuckyElf to claim any bonuses is deemed as bonus abuse and may result in confiscated funds. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

Any excessive, systematic, or disproportionate use of bonuses, promotional offers, or bonus funds that, in the reasonable opinion of LevelUp Casino, indicates an attempt to obtain an unfair advantage may be deemed bonus abuse.

In case of such abuse and being classified as a bonus abuser, LuckyElf Casino has the right to prohibit the player from receiving any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.
